Introduction
Wibu is a place to build characters, tell stories and spend time with AI companions. These Community Guidelines exist so that stays enjoyable and safe for everyone.
They apply everywhere on the platform: 1:1 chats, group chats, the feed, comments, characters, games, posts, usernames, profile photos and any other surface. They are incorporated into the Terms of Service, so breaking them is also a breach of your agreement with GEN A LIMITED.
Nothing sexual involving minors, and no characters that appear to be minors in a sexual context. There is no ambiguity here, no artistic exception and no appeal. Accounts are terminated permanently and immediately, and reports are made to law enforcement.
1Age Requirement
Wibu is for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 16 you are not permitted to use the platform. Where we discover an underage account we terminate it and delete the associated data.
Some features carry their own age or regional requirements, shown in the App. Attempting to bypass one — by misstating your age, using someone else's account or verification, or circumventing a regional restriction — is itself a breach of these Guidelines.
Do not encourage or assist anyone under 16 to use Wibu, and do not use Wibu to contact or interact with anyone you believe to be a minor.
2Community Standards
2.1 Respect and civility
- Be respectful of other people's opinions, beliefs and identities.
- No personal attacks, harassment, bullying or hate speech.
- No slurs or discriminatory language.
- Do not impersonate other users, Wibu staff, or any real person or organisation.
- Respect other creators' work. Credit and attribute properly.
2.2 Constructive participation
- Keep posts, comments and group messages relevant.
- No spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotion of competing services without permission. Fair, relevant comparisons with other AI tools are fine.
- Give feedback constructively — to creators and to us.
- Do not solicit users to move off-platform for paid transactions.
2.3 Content standards
- All content is fictional. Do not present AI output as a real photograph, a real recording, a real event or a factual claim.
- Do not create content that impersonates a real individual. Clearly labelled parody or satire of public figures is permitted; realistic depictions of private individuals are not.
- Do not upload another person's face, likeness or voice without their consent.
- Use content warnings and the correct categories and tags so people can choose what they see.
- Do not discuss or share methods for bypassing content filters, safety systems or moderation.
2.4 Intellectual property
- You are responsible for making sure your content does not infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not upload or generate content from copyrighted material you do not have the right to use.
- Respect trademarks and other intellectual property.
- Do not pass off another creator's characters, images or games as your own.
- Report suspected infringement — see section 6.
2.5 No misinformation
- Do not spread false or misleading information, or present fiction as fact.
- Do not make unsubstantiated accusations against users, creators, Wibu or third parties.
- Label AI-generated content so nobody is confused about what they are looking at.
3Prohibited Content & Conduct
3.1 Absolutely prohibited — immediate permanent termination
- Any sexual content involving minors, or characters depicted or described as minors in a sexual context, including any attempt to prompt the AI toward it.
- Any content sexualising real children, or real imagery of minors in any context.
- Content that threatens, targets or incites violence against a real identifiable person or group.
- Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism or mass violence.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery of a real person, including AI-generated depictions.
- Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or the sale of illegal goods or services.
These are reported to law enforcement where applicable and are not subject to appeal.
3.2 Illegal activity
- Do not use Wibu for any unlawful purpose or to plan, coordinate or facilitate unlawful activity.
- Do not engage in money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion or other financial crime.
- Do not use the platform for illegal transactions or communications.
3.3 Harm to people
- Do not promote, encourage or provide instructions for self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, violence or dangerous acts.
- Do not attempt to make a character encourage a user to harm themselves or others.
- Do not share content that exploits or endangers anyone.
Wibu is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional. If you see a user in genuine distress, report the conversation so our safety team can respond.
3.4 Harassment and abuse
- No harassment, threats, bullying, stalking or coordinated pile-ons.
- No hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, medical condition or any other protected characteristic.
- No doxxing — do not share anyone's personal information without consent.
- No creating characters designed to harass, defame or mock a specific real person.
3.5 Security and integrity
- Do not hack, reverse engineer, scrape or disrupt the Services.
- Do not share or solicit login credentials, or attempt to access other users' private content.
- Do not use bots, automation, emulators or modified clients.
- Do not bypass security, moderation, age gates or regional restrictions.
3.6 Economy abuse
- Do not manipulate engagement metrics, unlocks, ratings, missions, referrals, Bond XP or the Gem economy.
- Do not run multiple accounts, self-refer, or coordinate with others to farm rewards or inflate earnings.
- Do not sell, buy or transfer accounts, characters or Gems outside features we provide.
- Do not charge for content you did not generate on Wibu.
- Do not abuse the reporting system with false or retaliatory reports.
4Creating Characters & Content
4.1 Characters
- Characters must be original, clearly transformative, or public domain.
- Characters must be, and must clearly appear to be, adults.
- Do not create characters that impersonate real living individuals. Labelled parody of public figures is permitted; realistic impersonation is not.
- Keep a character's look and personality consistent with how you present it.
- Do not use another creator's character art, description or voice as your own.
4.2 AI-generated content
- Review AI output before publishing it. You are responsible for everything you publish, whoever or whatever generated it.
- Label AI-generated content clearly.
- Do not attempt to steer the AI toward prohibited output, and do not share prompts designed to do so.
4.3 Groups
- Group creators are responsible for what happens in their group. Moderate it.
- Set clear group rules and enforce them. Remove members who breach these Guidelines.
- Do not create groups whose purpose is to breach these Guidelines, coordinate abuse, or trade prohibited content.
4.4 Monetisation ethics
- Price fairly and deliver what the preview promised. Misleading previews on paid posts are a breach.
- Be transparent about what is paid and what is included.
- Honour your commitments to the people who support you.
- Do not manipulate unlocks, tips or the Gem system.
Full monetisation rules are in the Creator & Payout Terms.
5Lucky Games
Lucky games are chance-based mini-games played with Gems, for entertainment. Winnings are credited as Bonus Gems and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. See section 7 of the Terms of Service.
- Do not present Lucky games to other users as a way to make money.
- Do not encourage other users to keep playing past limits they have set for themselves.
- Do not use automation to play, and do not exploit a bug in a game's payout logic. Rounds affected by a fault are voided.
- Respect any age or regional requirement shown in the App for the feature.
Game settings include a daily limit and the option to turn the feature off. If play stops feeling like entertainment, use those settings or email support@wibu.ai.
6Reporting Violations
6.1 How to report
- In app: use the report control on a post, comment, character, game, group or message.
- By email: support@wibu.ai, subject line
Community Guidelines Violationfor priority handling. - Copyright: support@wibu.ai, subject line
Copyright— see section 8.6 of the Terms for what to include.
6.2 What to include
- Screenshots or specific examples
- Date and time of the incident
- Usernames, character names or group names involved
- A short description of the breach and any relevant context
6.3 Reports involving imminent harm
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then report to us so we can preserve the relevant records.
6.4 False reports
Do not abuse the reporting system. Reports made in bad faith, in bulk, or to retaliate against another user may result in action against your own account.
7Moderation & Enforcement
We use a combination of automated systems and human review. Enforcement is proportionate to the severity, the intent and the history of the account.
| Action | Typically applied to |
|---|---|
| Warning | First-time or minor breaches |
| Content removal | Any content that breaches these Guidelines |
| Reduced distribution | Borderline content — removed from the feed and recommendations but left on the profile |
| Feature restriction | Loss of a specific feature: posting, groups, comments, Lucky games or monetisation |
| Earnings freeze | Suspected fraud, manipulation or infringement, while we investigate |
| Temporary suspension | 24 hours to 30 days, by severity |
| Permanent termination | Serious breaches, repeated breaches, or ban evasion. Remaining Gems are forfeited. |
| Law enforcement referral | Criminal conduct, and always for content involving minors |
7.1 Copyright strikes
A valid copyright notice results in immediate removal of the content and a strike on the account. Three upheld strikes result in permanent termination. You may file a counter-notice for a claim you believe is mistaken.
7.2 Appeals
- Appeal within 30 days to support@wibu.ai.
- Include your account details, what was actioned, and any context or evidence.
- Appeals are reviewed by a person, normally within 7 business days.
- Breaches under section 3.1 are permanent and cannot be appealed.
8Good Practice
8.1 Making content people value
- Focus on originality — the feed rewards it and so do people.
- Deliver what your preview promised.
- Engage authentically. Reply to people in your groups and comments.
- Iterate on feedback rather than volume.
8.2 Staying safe
- Never share personal information publicly — your address, workplace, school, phone number or financial details.
- Use a strong unique password and enable two-factor authentication.
- Be cautious about moving conversations off-platform; we cannot help you there.
- Remember that characters are AI. They are not real, they do not have needs, and they should never be a substitute for real support.
- Report anything that feels wrong.
8.3 A note on wellbeing
AI companions can be genuinely enjoyable, and they can also take up more time and money than you intended. Session reminders, spend caps and loss limits exist for that reason — use them. If Wibu is affecting your sleep, your finances or your relationships, take a break, and consider talking to someone you trust or a qualified professional.
9Updates to These Guidelines
We update these Guidelines to cover new features, clarify existing rules, respond to what the community needs and meet legal requirements.
- Material changes are announced by in-app notice and email.
- Significant new restrictions carry a grace period where practicable.
- Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
The current version is always at wibu.ai/community.
