Creator & Payout Terms

Introduction

These Creator & Payout Terms apply when you create characters, publish content, build games or earn Gems on Wibu.ai. They form part of, and are incorporated into, the Terms of Service between you and GEN A LIMITED.

You are an independent creator — not an employee, contractor, agent, partner or joint venturer of GEN A LIMITED. Nothing here is a promise or projection of income. What you earn depends entirely on what other users choose to spend.

1Who Can Be a Creator

Any account in good standing may create characters and publish content. Additional requirements apply to earning and withdrawing:

Cash-out requires you to be legally capable of entering a binding contract and of satisfying our payment providers' identity and anti-money-laundering requirements. This is a condition imposed by those providers and by law, not a choice we make.

Residents of sanctioned or restricted territories cannot receive payouts. We may decline or reverse a payout where doing so is necessary for legal or regulatory compliance.

2How You Earn

2.1 The earning sources

Each source has its own share, calculated as a percentage of what the user pays. The current rate for every source is shown in Creator Studio, and the rate applied is the one in effect at the moment the user spends.

Your share is higher on content you made in advance, where we are not paying an AI generation cost at the time of sale, and lower where we are. On Lucky games, your share is calculated on the total amount played rather than on individual wins and losses, so it does not swing with any one player's results.

2.2 How earnings are calculated

• Group earnings are split between the characters that respond, and may therefore be fractional. Fractional amounts are recorded exactly in the earnings ledger and rounded only for display.
• Group charges settle on response, not on send. If no character replies, nothing is charged and nothing is earned. Where a user tags a single character, that character's creator receives the whole creator share.
• You do not earn from your own spending. See section 4.
• Lucky game winnings paid to players are always Bonus Gems.

2.3 We may change the rates

We may adjust earning rates, prices and limits as the platform develops. Material reductions to an earning rate are announced at least 14 days in advance by in-app notice and email, and apply to all creators from the effective date. Earnings already credited are not affected.

3Cashable vs Bonus Earnings

Every Gem credited to you is tagged according to where the Gem the user spent originally came from.

Bonus Gems are fully usable — you can generate images, music, video and voice, build games, unlock other creators' posts, and pay for chat with them. They simply cannot be withdrawn as money.

Your dashboard shows both lines separately. Because users spend their Free Gems before their Purchased Gems, the mix you receive varies and is outside your control and ours.

4The Creator Rate

When you use your own characters, you pay a reduced price and no revenue share is paid — you cannot pay yourself. This applies to generating images, music, video and voice notes in your own character's chat, and playing games or unlocking posts you made yourself.

The reduced price for each action is shown in the App before you confirm.

4.1 Groups with mixed ownership

In a group containing your characters and other creators' characters, Wibu's share is always due; the creator share is due only for characters you do not own. The other creator receives exactly what they would receive from any other user — your discount comes only out of what would otherwise have been paid to you.

Where nobody is tagged, the composer shows a price range, and the exact amount is confirmed once the message settles and we know which characters replied.

4.2 Daily limit

Creator Rate generations are subject to a daily limit per creator, shown in Creator Studio. Above the limit, the normal price applies — you are not blocked, only charged the standard rate.

4.3 Ownership

Ownership is verified against the character record on our servers. If you transfer, lose or have a character removed, the Creator Rate goes with it. Attempting to obtain the Creator Rate on characters you do not own is a breach of these Terms.

5Cash-Out

5.1 Rate, minimum and fees

Cashable Gems can be converted to money at the rate shown in Creator Studio. Bonus Gems can never be withdrawn.

• A minimum balance applies to each payout request.
• More than one payout speed may be offered, each with its own processing fee. The faster the payout, the higher the fee.
• The conversion rate, minimum and fees are displayed before you confirm a request, and are the ones that apply to it.
• We may change the rate, minimum, speeds and fees. Changes are shown in Creator Studio and do not affect a request already submitted.

Timeframes are targets, not guarantees. Network, banking and verification delays are outside our control. Blockchain transaction fees, currency conversion and any charges imposed by your wallet, bank or exchange are yours to pay and are not reimbursed.

5.2 How to withdraw

1. Settings → Creator Studio → Cashout → Setup Payout Method, pick your country and method, and confirm.
2. Complete identity verification (section 5.3) if you have not already.
3. Request a payout, choose Normal or Fast, and confirm.
4. Track progress under Cashout → PayOut Tracking.

Gems are deducted from your Cashable balance when the request is submitted. If a request is cancelled or fails through no fault of yours, the Gems are returned.

5.3 Verification, tax and AML

Before your first payout you must provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID
• Proof of the payout account or wallet in your own name — third-party payouts are not permitted
• Tax documentation appropriate to your country

We may re-verify at any time, and may request additional information where a transaction pattern requires it. Payouts may be delayed, held, refused or reported where we detect or reasonably suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, farming, multi-accounting, money laundering, sanctions exposure or any breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for your own taxes. Amounts paid to you are gross of any income, self-employment or other tax you may owe. We may withhold or report where required by law.

5.4 Withheld, frozen and forfeited earnings

• Earnings may be frozen while we investigate suspected fraud, manipulation or infringement.
• Earnings derived from breaching activity — farmed missions, manipulated unlocks, infringing content, multi-accounting — may be reversed or forfeited.
• Where a user's purchase is refunded or charged back, the corresponding creator earnings are reversed. If your balance is insufficient, the deficit is offset against future earnings.
• On account termination, all remaining Gems are forfeited, subject to any payout already approved.
• Dormancy: where an account has been inactive for 24 months and holds Cashable Gems below the 1,000 minimum, we may close the balance after 60 days' written notice to your registered email.

You may dispute any of the above by writing to support@wibu.ai within 30 days.

6Earnings Reporting

Your dashboard reports earnings by source — Chat, Paid Posts, Game and Group — and splits every line into Cashable and Bonus.

• Earnings figures are provisional until settled. Reversals for refunds, chargebacks and fraud are applied when identified.
• Earnings from your own spend are never shown as income — the Creator Rate removes self-payment from the ledger entirely.
• Figures may lag real time by up to 24 hours.
• If you believe a figure is wrong, contact support@wibu.ai within 60 days of the period concerned. After that, reported balances are treated as final.

7Creator Content Rules

Everything in the Community Guidelines applies. In addition, as a creator you agree:

Do

• Create original characters, or clearly labelled parody
• Keep a character's look and personality consistent with how you present it
• Price fairly and deliver what the preview promised
• Reply to people in your groups
• Keep your own records of what you publish and earn

Don't

• Impersonate a real person, or use anyone's likeness or voice without consent
• Publish content involving minors, or characters that appear to be minors
• Use another creator's images, characters or games as your own
• Fake engagement, run multiple accounts, or manipulate unlocks, ratings or Bond XP
• Charge for content you did not generate on Wibu
• Promise or imply that anyone can earn money from Lucky games
• Direct users off-platform to avoid the revenue share

Consequences escalate with severity: content removal, earnings freeze, loss of monetisation, or account termination. Anything involving minors is permanent and immediate.

7.1 Rights you grant

The licence in section 8.2 of the Terms of Service applies to creator content, and additionally allows us to display your characters, posts, games and public creator statistics in the feed, in recommendations, in search, in the app stores and in marketing for the Services. You retain ownership. You may withdraw content from the platform at any time; we may retain copies as described in the Privacy Policy.

8Auto Post Schedule

The scheduler generates and publishes content automatically on a cadence you set, within a Gem budget you set.

• Generation is charged at the standard creation price for each content type, at the moment each post is generated.
• The cost and “budget will last” figures shown are estimates based on your current settings. Actual spend depends on what is generated and on any price change that takes effect in the meantime.
• If your balance is empty when a cycle fires, that cycle is skipped and you are notified.
• A schedule pauses automatically when its budget is exhausted.
• You remain responsible for everything the scheduler publishes under your account, including automatically written captions. Review your output.

Prices set on auto-generated paid posts must fall within the range we allow for paid posts. Posts may also be published free.

9Agency & Reseller Accounts

Agency and reseller dashboards are available by approval only and are governed by a separate written agreement that takes precedence over this section on its own subject matter.

• Agencies may view performance and earnings for creators who have expressly linked to them. An agency is responsible for the conduct of its linked creators and for any commission arrangement between them, which is a matter between those parties and not with us.
• Resellers may transfer Gems to other users using the feature we provide. Resellers must comply with all applicable financial, tax, consumer and anti-money-laundering law in their territory.
• Gems transferred by a reseller are Purchased Gems where the reseller acquired them by purchase.
• We may audit, suspend or terminate any agency or reseller relationship, and may reverse transfers connected with fraud, chargebacks or unlawful activity.
• Selling Gems, accounts or characters outside the features we provide is prohibited.

Where a character is co-owned or managed by an agency account, the Creator Rate and the revenue share are attributed to the account recorded as the owner on our systems.

10Ending Your Creator Activity

You may stop creating at any time. Before you do:

• Withdraw your Cashable balance — the payout minimum still applies.
• Download anything you want to keep. Generated content is not archived for you.
• Unpublish or delete your characters, posts and games if you do not want them to remain available.

We may end your creator privileges, with or without ending your account, where you breach these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or where continued monetisation presents legal, financial or safety risk. Where the breach is not serious, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct it.

Sections 3, 5.4, 6, 7.1 and 11 survive termination.

11General

• No guarantee of income, reach or availability. We do not warrant that your content will be discovered, unlocked, or earn anything at all.
• No exclusivity. You may publish elsewhere. We do not claim exclusive rights to your characters.
• Limitation of liability. Section 14 of the Terms of Service applies to all creator claims, including claims for lost earnings.
• Changes. Material changes to these Creator Terms are notified at least 14 days in advance.
• Governing law. Hong Kong, as set out in section 17 of the Terms of Service.
